Q. What is a Credit
Union?
A. Credit Unions are not-for-profit financial cooperatives which are established to serve a group of people with some type of common bond (i.e. employment).
Q. Are my deposits federally insured?
A. Yes! The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a federal agency, insures your accounts up to $250,000.
Q. How can I join?
A. If you are an Associate of Ethicon or family member within the field of membership, simply stop by the credit union office and complete a membership application and show a form of identification.
Q. How long do I have to be a member before I can apply for a loan?
A. You may apply for a loan as soon as you become a member.
Q. Can I have more than one loan?
A. Yes! Members may have more than one loan, provided certain qualifications are met.
Q. Is there a charge for audio and on-line banking?
A. NO! The service is FREE to all participating Ethicon
